Announcing a private, curated, culinary experience behind the iconic gates of Third Wave Cafe & wine bar. Third Wave and Chef Dave will be hosting our first exclusive dining and wine tasting experience for a limited number of guests.

This Chef- to -table culinary experience begins with a welcome drink and mingle at 6:30pm, to be followed by a six course expression of Chef Dave's culinary creativity and sommelier paired wines.
Be treated as a personal guest at our table. Each course will be a chef's-choice dish, inspired by our love of food and wine, and comprised of the finest, hand selected, ingredients.
A cash bar will be open for cocktails.
Because of the nature of this event there will be no substitutions and special accommodations can not be made for dietary restrictions.
Known allergens, such as nuts. dairy, gluten and others are present in our kitchen and dishes.
